Sofian Dhifallah advises clients on corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations. His clients include multinational corporations, governmental entities, and family offices. Sofian has practiced in London and Dubai, and he is fluent in Arabic.
Sofian regularly represents buyers and sellers in cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions across a range of industries, including aviation, agribusiness, digital infrastructure, energy, insurance, and consumer goods. He has experience advising on privatizations, equity financings, and corporate restructurings. His transactional work has involved matters valued at several billion dollars and has spanned jurisdictions across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia.
Sofian also counsels government entities on foreign direct investment transactions, including large-scale infrastructure investments.
