Brian Dombrowski has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape of land use and development in the Miami area. Brian received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he focused on real estate and land use law. After graduation, he began his career as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Miami, focusing on land use and zoning law, Code Compliance, General Government, and transactional law. Brian served as counsel to the Departments of Code Compliance and Building, and was the assigned counsel for the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board, the Finance Committee, and the Plat and Street Committee during his tenure, in addition to prosecuting all City of Miami Code Compliance and Unsafe Structure cases before the Code Enforcement Board, the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate, and the Unsafe Structure Panel.

In 2015, Brian joined Greenberg Traurig. Over the years, Brian has represented a wide range of clients, from small businesses and developers to large corporations, in a variety of land use and development matters. He has experience in zoning and land use regulations, environmental law, land use litigation, code compliance resolution, and real estate development. In addition to a thorough knowledge of Miami 21, Brian has extensive practice in Special Area Plans, the Wynwood NRD-1 Overlay regulations, the Midtown Overlay District, and the Miami-World Center Special District.

Brian is known for his ability to understand the unique needs of his clients and to find creative approaches to the challenges they face. He has navigated some of the most complex land use and development projects in the Miami area, and is often sought out by clients for his strategic and results-driven approach.

Brian is also deeply committed to the Miami community. He has served on several local zoning task forces and committees, and has been actively involved in many community development initiatives. Brian is an active member with the Special Olympics of Miami-Dade County. He is also a member of several professional organizations.
