Zachary Dovitz represents clients in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, such as leases, acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, financings, and zoning and land use matters. He has represented national and local real estate developers, S&P 500 corporations, alternative investment managers, other institutions, and municipalities. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Zack served as in-house counsel for the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, where he represented the Agency in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as office and industrial leases.
