  • Represented retail furniture business in negotiation of lease of retail space.°
  • Represented commercial real estate advisory firm in negotiation of brokerage agreement.°

  • Represented real estate investment firm in $400 million acquisition and mortgage financing of a nine-building campus.°
  • Represented nonprofit corporation in negotiation of sublease for elementary school.°
  • Represented hospital corporation in negotiation of office lease.°
  • Represented hotel in restructuring $840 million in debt and other secured claims.°
  • Represented shopping center owner in acquisition of property and assumption of $61.6 million mortgage loan.°
  • Represented financial institution in restructuring mortgage, construction and mezzanine loans encumbering sites being developed as shopping centers.°
