Olga Efstathiou

Olga Efstathiou is an Associate in the Capital Markets Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dubai office. Her practice spans a wide array of capital markets and financing matters, with a strong emphasis on both conventional and Shariah-compliant debt transactions. She regularly advises banks, corporates, state-owned enterprises, and government-related entities on the structuring and execution of debt programmes, one-off issuances, and liability management exercises.

Her experience also extends to complex structured finance transactions, including both public and private deals such as collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). In addition, she advises on fund-related matters, with a particular focus on the structuring and financing of private equity and private credit investment funds.
