Przemysław Furmaga focuses his practice on supporting clients on M&A transactions, both on the buy- and sell-side, also including PE/VC. With more than 20 years of experience, gained mainly at one of the largest Polish law firms, he provides advice at all transactional stages and has coordinated various legal streams, often in multi-jurisdictional transactions. He helps clients find targets or investors, match deals, prepare management buyouts (MBO) resolve corporate disputes and ensure a smooth transactional process. He works with international corporations, private equity funds and private entrepreneurs as well as with foreign entities from key sectors of the economy. He advises Polish entrepreneurs on foreign acquisitions (including in Germany, Great Britain, France and Spain), coordinating all transaction processes, including the work of foreign legal advisers.
