Brandon A. Ghadafii focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with experience representing a national bank in both federal and New York state courts against alleged violations of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Uniform Commercial Code, consumer protection statutes, and state common-law claims. His work spans a broad range of matters including contract disputes, tort actions, and employment litigation on behalf of national businesses. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Brandon possesses experience in oral advocacy having represented a New York City hospital in the Mental Hygiene Court. He also has an active pro bono practice, having obtained Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and Temporary Protected Status for several applicants.
