Jason Godelman is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate, finance, and transactional matters, including global bank and institutional finance, structured finance, project finance, and asset securitization, and has deep experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate law issues, having represented both public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors as either targets or acquirers. He also represents domestic and international banks, investment firms, and other financial institutions in both domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
