Michael J. Goonan focuses his practice on commercial real estate and asset-based finance transactions. He represents lenders in a variety of transactions, including commercial fee and leasehold mortgages, construction and development financing, commercial real estate lending, and loans secured by hedge fund interests, fine art and other forms of collateral.
