Maurice Guttmann

Maurice Guttmann is a corporate attorney who advises companies and investors through all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from incorporation to exit. He focuses on startup and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Maurice works with early and late stage private companies across various industries and geographies.
