Ruth Guo focuses her practice on virtually all aspects finance and represents domestic and foreign investment banks, companies, private equity, mezzanine funds and other financial institutions in complex commercial finance transactions. She has experience with senior and subordinated debt transactions, cash flow and asset-backed financings, secured and unsecured lending, and project finance. Ruth also has wide-ranging experience in structured finance including warehouse facilities, securitization (both public offerings and private placements) and repurchase arrangements with a broad range of underlying assets, such as residential mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, auto loans, servicing rights, credit card receivables, equipment, and trade receivables.
