Steven E. Harrison is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office. He represents individuals and businesses in government investigations, complex civil litigation, and white collar criminal matters, including those related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), money laundering, wire fraud, and bribery.

As a former Assistant District Attorney, Steven Harrison has substantial experience prosecuting a wide variety of criminal offenses from pre-arrest investigation to trial.

  • Represent executive of global defense contractor in DOJ investigation of U.S. government contracts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
  • Represent former employee at leading social media company charged with violating laws governing registration of agents for foreign governments.
  • Represent former executive at multinational mining and trading company in DOJ investigation of FCPA violations.
  • Represent former executive at consulting firm in bribery investigation.
  • Represent company defrauded in employee grand larceny scheme.
  • Conduct investigation into alleged fraud involving the federal CARES Act and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
  • First-chaired felony forgery and stolen property jury trial in New York County Supreme Court and obtained conviction on behalf of the State.°
