Kennedy Hayes focuses her practice on public law and public finance, serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel in public finance transactions for special districts, cities, counties, and school districts. She also serves as counsel for redevelopment authorities, municipal management districts, municipal utility districts, and improvement districts in the Greater Houston area, advising on matters relating to economic development, governance, real estate and procurement.
