Wiktoria focuses her practice on personal data protection, intellectual property law, new technologies, cybersecurity and gaming. As part of her practice, she provides comprehensive legal advice to clients from the technology, regulated, defence and creative sectors.
Wiktoria has participated in complex personal data protection projects involving GDPR audits, ongoing legal advice and the implementation of data protection compliance frameworks and procedures. She also advises on the licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights, including rights relating to military technologies, as well as on trademark registrations and opposition proceedings.
She also has experience in copyright law, gained through advising clients from the film industry. In the area of cybersecurity, she provides legal support in connection with cyber incidents, including personal data breaches and the related regulatory and compliance issues.

- Participated in a project for a foreign authority responsible for personal data protection and artificial intelligence, involving an assessment of the impact of proposed legislative amendments concerning personal and non-personal data.°
- Participated in the negotiation of an agreement for the purchase of military equipment from a foreign contractor, including matters relating to technology transfer, licensing terms, and the protection of know-how.°
- Provided legal support to an international video game publisher and developer on group-wide data protection matters, including ongoing advice and assistance with compliance with obligations arising under Polish and foreign data protection regulations.°
- Advised, as a secondee, an international company from the technology sector in the area of personal data protection.°
- Participated in a comparative legal project analyzing the interplay of requirements arising under the GDPR and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as their implementation within the banking sector across selected European Union Member States.°
- Participated in the provision of comprehensive legal services to a Polish film production company, including advice on copyright and related rights, as well as the drafting and negotiation of agreements with creators, actors, and other participants in the film production process.°
- Participated in projects for both Polish and international clients concerning the management of cyber incidents, including ransomware attacks, and covering the assessment of personal data breach implications and the fulfillment of related regulatory notification obligations.°
