Aaron J.   • Represented selling shareholder in the sale of a minority equity interest in an insurance premium finance company to a private equity fund and related company reorganization.
  • Represented cryptocurrency derivatives platform in its launch of derivate products.°
  • Represented token issuer in the design of a governance token and related foundation formation.°
