Keith R. Jarosik is a registered patent attorney with experience in patent and intellectual property law. Keith focuses his practice on patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, client counseling, and opinion drafting, with particular emphasis on the areas of mechanical and aerospace engineering, nanotechnology, electro-mechanical, software, and electrical arts. His experience includes overseeing the invention disclosure process, conducting novelty and right to use searches and preparing related opinions, preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, conducting post-issuance proceedings before the U.S. Patent Office, providing infringement analyses, and preparing related infringement and validity opinions.

Keith has prosecuted numerous domestic and foreign patent applications relating to technologies such as aircraft engines, fluid flow mechanics, medical devices, microfluidics, household consumer products, satellite television communication systems, sports equipment and mobile device applications. He also has experience in the academic world, having provided assistance in all aspects of intellectual property to various universities.

Prior to attending law school, Keith worked as a senior consultant at a large, multinational technology consulting firm, specializing in client counseling and the development and implementation of large-scale, integrated software systems.
