Peigen Jiang is a licensed patent agent with more than 14 years of experience handling patent-related work. He has industrial-level understanding of electronics from his 12 years as an engineer. Peigen has drafted approximately 200 patent applications in the semiconductor, telecommunications, computer software and jet engine areas and supported approximately 20 intellectual property litigation matters  in various fields.



  • Developed computer software to automate mundane jobs in circuit design such as in-coming model check, line-model generation and design check.°
  • Project Lead in an 18MBit 0.13um 200MHz Sync SRAM – first silicon worked, and went into production without costly mask revisions.°
  • Project Lead in a 2Mbit 0.25um low power Async SRAM – from design to production without a single mask revision albeit employed complex bonding options.°
  • Participated in an 18Mbit SigmaRAM design, and a 64MBit SDRAM design, etc.°
  • Project Lead in a 1.2 um EEPROM process technology transfer to Shanghai Belling.°
  • In charge of 0.5um CEFlash process integration, used Singapore CSM as foundry.°
