John Jongbloed is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s Northern Virginia Office. John represents both buyers and sellers throughout virtually all aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence, agreement drafting, and deal negotiations. John also represents clients before and after transactions by effectuating reorganizations of business entities and preparing agreements for ongoing business operations such as employment agreements and general governing documents. John has worked on M&A transactions involving companies in a wide range of sectors including government contractors and, as a member of the firm’s Cloud Computing and Digital Infrastructure Practice, represents clients with businesses in IT, fiber, data centers, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure.
