Jack Jrada is a member of the Immigration & Compliance Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New Jersey office. His practice supports a broad range of clients, particularly global corporate clients as they endeavor to strictly comply with a complex immigration regulatory environment. Jack also supports individual private clients on a range of matters, including family, humanitarian, and investment-based immigration petitions.

Jack’s experience lies in coordinating efforts by foreign national employees, human resources professionals, and management to offer immigration advice to individual employees, as well as respond to queries about general immigration practices and protocols as they arise. He also assists employers and their representatives in reviewing and auditing prior practices and recordkeeping to account for and mitigate existing compliance risks.

  • Served as chief U.S. immigration representative for a multinational technology platform, overseeing client's robust U.S. immigration program, spanning majority of employment-, family- and humanitarian based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, including labor certification (PERM).
