Allen Kim is a registered patent attorney focusing on the preparation and worldwide prosecution of patents, patent counseling and opinions, managing patent portfolios, technology assessments, due diligence evaluations, and intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Allen prosecutes computer and electronics technologies, including artificial reality (AR/VR), operating systems, mobile applications, social networking, user interfaces, content delivery, input devices, user experience, signal processing software, and security software. He has deep experience with semiconductor devices and fabrication, integrated circuits, wireless technologies, firmware, and GPS. He has worked with automotive technologies, including hybrid electric motors and aeronautical technologies, and medical devices, including imaging devices, respiratory devices, IV devices, and dispensing systems.
