Jason Kim advises clients including borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks, and other financial institutions on a range of financing transactions. He has handled first and second lien credit facilities, and middle market and large cap financings. His experience also includes cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.

Beyond his regular practice, Jason has also been involved in pro bono work. He has provided counsel on a range of issues and has worked with the Innocence Project, as well as asylum and immigration issues.
