Ximena Lastra is a member of the Corporate Practice group in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on corporate governance matters, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Ximena represents a broad range of clients across a variety of industries, including software and technology, healthcare, and marketing. She has experience assisting clients with entity formation, corporate governance, and credit facilities, as well as general commercial transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
