Henry B. Lay is an associate in the Litigation Practice. He has experience in securities law and regulatory compliance, having served as a counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C. At the SEC, Henry investigated a wide variety of potential federal securities law violations, including issuer accounting disclosures, investment company and adviser disclosures, accountant and auditor misconduct, and fraudulent misrepresentations.
Prior to joining the SEC, Henry clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
