William A. Llamas represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims in both state and federal courts. He advises employers on unfair competition and trade secret agreement compliance, working with clients across various industries.
William handles lawsuits related to violations of Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). He defends cases involving unpaid overtime, misclassification, off-the-clock work, meal and rest breaks, and other wage and hour matters. William also investigates and defends matters before administrative agencies, including the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC), California Civil Rights Department (CRD), and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).
