Sandra Ramirez Loe is a litigator that concentrates her practice in complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, class action defense, and civil appeals. Her experience spans through a wide range of industries and matters, including contentious complex matters related to fiduciary claims, non-competes and trade secrets, partnership disputes, breach of contract, EB-5 related litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Florida Telephone Solicitation Act class actions, and fraud. Sandra litigates cases in Florida state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.



  • Obtained settlement on behalf of a public national retailer in a landlord/tenant dispute involving landlord’s withhold of consent to a covenant in lieu to develop premises located in the Miami Design District.°
  • Obtained summary judgment in civil conspiracy claim asserted against international financial institution, after jumping into case that had been pending for over 5 years.°
  • Obtained a settlement for a national retailer in a claim for breach of the newly amended Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.°
