Emily Mankowski is an experienced litigation associate who defends clients in a range of high-profile pharmaceutical, products liability, and other complex litigations. Her practice involves matters in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict federal and consolidated state court actions, and various federal and state civil investigations.

Emily has experience in each phase of litigation, including conducting initial investigations, drafting written discovery, navigating discovery conferences, briefing dispositive motions, taking and defending significant depositions, assisting with expert discovery, negotiating mediations and settlements, and preparing for trial. She demonstrates proficiency and leadership with fact discovery and eDiscovery efforts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of critical legal and factual issues for effective strategy formulation.

Emily maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently preparing asylum applications for Venezuelan immigrants and renewal requests for DACA recipients.
