Danielle L. Martin has broad experience dealing with complex real estate transactions. She undertakes a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions for a broad spectrum of clients, including corporate end-users, private equity investors, joint ventures and developers. She deals with all mainstream aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular emphasis on the private equity real estate sector, portfolio sales/restructuring and investment sales and purchases. Dani has also spent time working in-house with two large corporate clients.

The 2017 Chambers and Partners Guide quotes sources as saying that Dani "is very impressive and very popular with all the people that instruct her." The listing also notes, "She doesn’t get bogged down in detail and she presents in a user-friendly fashion."

  • Acting for Oaktree Capital on an AIB airport hotel loan portfolio bid for in excess of £140 Million.°
  • Advising a high net worth Hong Kong-based investor on acquisitions of the Avon Cosmetics European headquarters building in Northampton and Mitchells & Butlers headquarters in Birmingham.°
