Allison is a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office and focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. She represents secured lenders, indenture trustees, creditor committees, estate fiduciaries, and other parties in commercial bankruptcies and out of court restructurings. Allison also has experience in a wide range of litigation, including complex fraudulent transfers, corporate director and officer fiduciary duty claims, and public finance matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Allison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Baisier, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division.

Experience
- Represented hardwood flooring manufacturer in its chapter 11 case, culminating in the sale of the business as a going concern.
- Represented creditors’ committee in the Chapter 11 cases of health care sharing ministry. Obtained confirmation of committee’s plan of liquidation following complex negotiations with class action plaintiffs.
- Represented creditors’ committee in the Chapter 11 cases of a regional health system.
- Represented liquidating trustee in numerous bankruptcy related matters including over 40 fraudulent transfer and civil conspiracy claims and omnibus mediation.
- Represented Chapter 11 plan administrator in the bankruptcy of long term care facilities with approximately $70 million in secured debt.
