Christina Morgan handles commercial real estate transactions, advising clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of real property. She brings a distinctive perspective to this work, having spent 20 years as a real estate professional before becoming an attorney. That background allows her to view each transaction from both a business and legal standpoint, which benefits developers, owners, operators, and investors navigating complex property deals.

Before entering the legal field, Christina served as the lead real estate consultant for Chicago Title Company, where she advised homebuilders and developers of residential, mixed use, and master planned communities on navigating the regulatory process of the California Department of Real Estate. This title industry background continues to inform her practice, particularly in the negotiation of purchase and sale transactions, document drafting and review, analysis of due diligence materials, and the resolution of title and vesting issues.

Christina is active in the real estate and building industry community. She chairs the DRE Committee of the San Diego Building Industry Association and is a member of the California Building Industry Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and Lawyers Club of San Diego.
