Chulhyun Park is Of Counsel in the Corporate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Seoul office. He brings deep in-house leadership experience, having served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at SK Inc. (AX), where he oversaw enterprise-wide legal and compliance functions and implemented a company-wide compliance and human rights management system aligned with international standards.
In that role, he advised internal stakeholders on complex M&A, joint venture, and cross-border transactions and managed legal and regulatory risk. He also oversaw large-scale global projects from a strategic, governance, and risk management perspective.
