Taylor N. Patton

Taylor N. Patton is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office. Her practice focuses on securities litigation and the representation of broker-dealers and other financial institutions in customer arbitrations, employment disputes, regulatory matters, and related litigation. She represents clients in FINRA and JAMS arbitrations, defending customer and employment-related claims, and frequently manages parallel customer, employment, and regulatory proceedings. Taylor has successfully tried multiple FINRA arbitrations to final award, handled customer arbitrations through final hearing and dismissal, and obtained multiple pre-final hearing dismissals on behalf of broker-dealer clients.

Taylor also represents financial services clients in regulatory matters involving FINRA, the SEC, state regulatory investigations, and the DOJ. In addition, she defends the interests of broker-dealers and other financial institutions in federal and state court litigation, including matters involving interpleader actions, confirmation of arbitral awards, enforcement of arbitration agreements, and bench trials.

Her practice further includes general commercial and equine-related litigation in federal and state courts.
