Oscar E. Peralta is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group. Oscar focuses his practice on defending employers in complex wage and hour class, collective, and PAGA actions. He also represents employers in individual actions involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and misclassification. In addition to his litigation practice, Oscar collaborates with employers to update and implement wage and hour policies consistent with business operations and goals.

- Represented food and environmental testing laboratory company in wage and hour class/PAGA actions involving claims for unpaid wages, meal and rest period violations, non-compliant wage statements, and unreimbursed business expenses.°
