  • Represented substance abuse treatment provider with 26 facilities in eight states in its Chapter 11 restructuring of over $500 million of debt.
  • Represented paper recycling and waste management company in its Chapter 11 restructuring.°
  • Represented indoor shooting range and gun shop in its Chapter 11 restructuring.°
  • Represented commercial landlord in Chapter 11 filing of nutrition company.°
  • Represented Chapter 7 estate in liquidation of national advertising and marketing agency, including pursuit of extensive avoidance litigation.°
  • Represented supply chain and logistics company in preparation for its Chapter 11 filing.°
  • Represented junior bondholders in pursuit and confirmation of restructuring plan in Chapter 11 of national theme park operator.°
  • Represented minority group of senior leaders in an expedited Chapter 11 sale of automotive manufacturer.°
  • Represented guarantor of commercial real property leases in Chapter 11 proceedings grocery chain operators.°
