Caylee Phillips helps companies protect and manage their intellectual property across trademark, copyright, and patent matters. She counsels clients on domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, and she prepares and prosecutes utility and design patent applications. Drawing on her background in chemical engineering, Caylee works with clients across a range of industries, including fashion and beauty, retail, biotechnology, computer hardware and software, artificial intelligence and deep learning, and medical devices.
Caylee earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, and she holds a degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University.
