- Acted for Harland & Wolff and its administrators on a pre-packaged administration sale of its business and certain assets to Navantia UK Ltd – a deal which saw over 1000 jobs being saved and the preservation of the historic Harland & Wolff name.
- Prezzo Restaurants, representation of a large UK casual dining chain in its landmark Part 26A restructuring plan involving the compromise of landlord claims, tax and local authority debts and other secured and unsecured creditor claims.
