David S. Pritzker

David Pritzker has wide-ranging experience in commercial real estate transactions, advising private equity funds, investors, sponsors, and operating companies on the formation of joint ventures to own, operate, develop, and finance a full range of property classes, including office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, retail, and self-storage properties. David also has substantial experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of individual properties and multi-asset portfolios.

David advances the firm’s AI innovation and adoption efforts within its real estate practice, advising attorneys and clients on the use of generative AI in complex real estate transactions. He develops AI-enabled strategies that enhance the delivery of legal services and oversees the evaluation and piloting of third-party AI platforms. David advises senior leadership on AI strategy, governance, and implementation and designed the firm’s AI champions program to drive firmwide AI adoption in collaboration with the firm’s innovation and knowledge management teams.
