David S. Repking is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice of the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, including complex business litigation, financial services litigation, securities litigation, and real estate litigation. David regularly represents financial institutions in state and federal court on various matters and broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations. David’s litigation experience also includes handling matters related to the False Claims Act (both criminal investigations and civil matters) and representing companies and individuals subject to government investigations and litigation.

Prior to entering law school, David earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in violin performance and was employed as a professional violinist, performing as a member of the violin section in the Kansas City Symphony and New World Symphony in Miami Beach, Florida.
