Ro focuses her practice on special situations and bankruptcy matters where she represents a diverse range of clients including distressed investors, financial institutions, creditors and key stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and chapter 11 cases.  Previously, Libby was a restructuring associate in an international firm based in New York City.
