  • Representation of major tech company in litigation against foreign entity involving alleged breach of warranty and fraud.
  • Representation of insurance company in litigation against national health care staffing firm alleging, among other things, violation of various Texas statutes and breach of contract. Representation culminated in a three-week jury trial in Texas state court.
  • Representation of international electronic commerce company in litigation in federal court against former customer alleging various claims, including breach of implied warranties, violation of the Texas Debt Collection Practices Act, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
  • Representation of local, small business owner in shareholder dispute.
  • Representation of wide range of companies and individuals in obtaining and resisting injunctions to enforce intellectual property rights and covenants not to compete.
  • Representation of individual employees in both Texas state court and American Arbitration Association forums regarding, among other claims, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Secret Act, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference.
  • Advised clients in responding to third-party discovery requests, including subpoenas and civil investigative demands, involving protected health care information and other highly sensitive business and operational data.
