Tyler L. Salway is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on class actions, commercial and business litigation, financial services, and securities litigation. He regularly defends financial institutions, investment companies, and major manufacturers of medical devices and other consumer products. He has handled a wide variety of matters involving fraud-based claims, contract and commercial real estate disputes, consumer class action defense, data privacy, and claims premised on constitutional violations. Tyler has experience in each phase of litigation, including resolving matters pre-suit, drafting complex briefs and motions, participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and trial and appellate practice.

In addition, Tyler volunteers his time representing pro se litigants and non-profit organizations in state and federal court.
