Bardia Sanjabi is a member of the Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Bardia focused his practice on defending corporate clients in tort and product liability matters, including manufacturers of medical devices, construction equipment, and motor vehicles and component part manufacturers. Bardia’s experience includes products liability, premises liability, business litigation, and insurance coverage issues.
Bardia is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment, managing discovery, strategic planning, and motion practice, to representing clients in trials and appeals. He also is experienced in complex litigation, such as multi-district litigation primarily with product manufacturers in product liability cases.
