Sydney Sgovio focuses her practice on litigating complex business disputes representing public and private entities for claims related to fraud, breach of contract, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. Her experience also extends to securities litigation, where she represents broker-dealers in class action defense and FINRA arbitrations.
