Jae Sung Shrader is a registered patent attorney and focuses her practice on biotechnology and pharmaceutical intellectual property law. She advises emerging to established clients on U.S. and foreign patent preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management. Jae has also counseled clients on technology commercialization and patent enforcement, including conducting freedom-to-operate, patentability, landscape, validity, non-infringement, and technology licensing analyses. Jae is primarily in the life-sciences space, including, biotechnology, molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, bio-engineering, molecular diagnostics, regenerative technology, and large & small molecule therapies.
