He primarily focuses his practice on the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans to finance the acquisition and development of office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects throughout the United States, including bridge, construction, and permanent financing.

  • Represented institutional lender in connection with the $154 million mortgage loan financing of a leasehold interest in a Class A, 566,000 sq. ft. office and retail building in Hoboken, New Jersey.°
  • Represented institutional lender in connection with the $107 million construction loan financing of a condominium project on the coast of Lake Tahoe.°
  • Represented institutional lender in connection with the $126 million mortgage loan financing of the One World Trade Center office building in Long Beach, California.°
  • Represented institutional lender in connection with the “bridge-to-agency” financing of several multifamily properties throughout Texas and Georgia.°
  • Represented institutional lender in connection with the $82 million mortgage loan financing of a luxury hotel in downtown Washington, D.C.°
