Tomás Solís advises clients on public international law. He advises governments on the law of treaties, the responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts, international boundary questions, international humanitarian law and human rights, as well as on matters concerning the United Nations and its specialized agencies. Tomás also represents clients in legal proceedings before international courts and tribunals and other international adjudicative bodies.
