Amy Stillman focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions with a concentration in commercial leasing, including retail, office, industrial and warehouse leasing, and related agreements. Her clients include national and international retailers, real estate owners and developers, banks and financial services institutions. Her experience also includes acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, and complex real estate financing transactions, as well as telecom agreements, vendor and service contracts and other corporate contracts involving real estate operations.
