Joshua Stotzky is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office.
Josh has experience in matters involving complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, non-competes and trade secrets, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and cross-border commercial disputes.
In addition, Josh represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration, and has handled cases throughout all stages of litigation. He has experience in drafting complaints and dispositive motions, discovery, settlement, trial, and post-trial litigation matters.
