Scott R. Szkolnik focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters. He represents institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, operators, and borrowers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and development matters involving a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice spans numerous real estate asset classes, including senior housing, student housing, medical office, industrial, multifamily, office, retail and mixed-use projects. Scott has experience advising clients on complex portfolio transactions, including large portfolio acquisitions and financings, institutional joint ventures, and large-scale portfolio recapitalizations.
