Cushla E. Talbut focuses her practice on general regulatory matters in the fields of land use and insurance regulation. She represents a broad range of private land developers in connection with zoning, site plan approvals, due diligence review, and land use support for real estate transactions. Cushla also represents a wide variety of insurance entities with regulatory, corporate, compliance and transactional issues.
