• Advised a global private equity investor in respect of its 50/50 office-led development joint venture with a multinational developer, part of a scheme with an estimated GDV of c. £1.5 billion.°
• Advised global real estate fund on the corporate acquisition of a 50% stake in respect of an office development in Germany and the establishment of the related offshore joint venture.°
• Advised an international real estate investment fund on debt financed acquisition of a central London portfolio held by individual and trust sellers, together with the subsequent corporate restructuring and hive up of the underlying assets by way of a series of solvent liquidations.°
• Advised US private equity fund in respect of its corporate acquisition of high-end retail assets in the west end of London.°
• Advised national developer in respect of a majority/minority joint venture renewal project, representing an aggregate investment of £1.7 billion.°
